Jeff
Fitch:
Jeff soloed on April
20, 2004 and went on to complete his private Pilot
add-on rating on June 7, 2004. On July 20, 2004 Jeff
completed his Commercial check ride. He is currently
working on his CFI and instrument ratings.
Will
Evans:
Will soloed on June 29,
2004 out of LCRA. Will plans to obtain his ratings with
Precision Helicopter Services, Inc. and eventually
obtain a job a pilot for an EMS company.
Nate
Zampelli:
Helicopter solo on May
1, 2004.
Rob
Allen:
Private Pilot rating on
January 4, 2004. Helicopter solo on April 11, 2004.
Nick
Nackes, M.D.:
Helicopter solo on
April 11, 2003. Private Pilot rating on February 12,
2004. Dr. Nick works as an Intensive Care physician at
Akron City Hospital and flies as a hobby.
Jeff
Kasza:
Jeff achieved his
Commercial rating on February 19, 2003 and his CFI on
October 23, 2003. Jeff is one on the flight instructors
currently employed at Precision Helicopters, Inc. Jeff
has used his ratings with Precision Helicopter to
contribute to the making of the Eminem video, Channel 33
Youngstown Football flights, NewsChannel 5 Chopper 5,
and while in Los Angeles for KLOS 95.5 FM.
Jason
Pecora:
Jason came to Precision
to obtain his private pilot rating which he did on
October 10, 2003. He is currently building P.I.C. time
and then will be pursuing his commercial rating.
Dave
Kincaid:
Dave has
held a fixed wing rating since 1980 and decided to
pursue his helicopter rating to further his aviation
interests. In December, 2002, he received his
helicopter add-on rating and is now currently working on
attaining an instrument rating. Dave continues to fly
for “grins and giggles” as he puts it, in his spare time
away from his lighting consultant work.
Corey Kurilko:
Corey’s first ride in a
helicopter was in Hawaii and ever since then he was
hooked. He and his parents talked to Precision at the
Cleveland Air Show and his parents then decided to
surprise him with his first lesson in October, 1999.
Corey’s 16th birthday was an exceptional
one….the day of his helicopter solo. He plans on
achieving his private pilot rating when he is only 17.
Eventually, Corey plans on joining the Army to further
his helicopter career plans.
DREW FERGUSON COMES TO CLEVELAND! - October 23 2002
Drew is a Certified Flight Instructor, (and
Instrument Instructor) who comes from Tomlinson Aviation
in Dayton Beach, Florida. He has over 5 years of
Schweizer experience and will be a great asset to our
already experienced instructors. Drew was born and
raised here outside of Cleveland and is looking forward
to our new Schweizer 300CBi helicopter we have on order
due sometime in November! Keep posted and we are happy
to have you on our team!
CONGRATULATIONS KASZAMAN! - June 8, 2002
Jeff Kasza worked hard to get his private rating here
with us. He's had great control from the very beginning,
and he should have a successful career being a pilot!
He's currently working on his instrument and commercial
tickets when he is not working construction for the City
of Lakewood! Congrats Jeff!
TJ BENCIN IS NOW A PRIVATE PILOT! - April 16, 2002
This is TJ's first, but not last rating with us. He is
currently working on his commercial and IFR ratings at
the same time. TJ is also learning the ways of the
family business when he isn't flying! Way to go TJ!
CONGRATULATIONS - DANNY KARAM SOLOS! - March 6, 2002
Dan was very fortunate to build turbine time in his
buddies Huges 500D before coming to us, therefore he was
rather acquainted with the controls rather quick. Dan
has a Cessna P-210 out of Akron Fulton Airport (AKR) and
is looking to get his private pilot helicopter add on!

WAY TO GO WAYNE - FIRST SOLO! - March 1, 2002
Like most of our students here, Wayne has never flown
before coming to our school! We are very proud of your
latest accomplishment, it shows that endurance does
really pay off. Wayne is a Controller for Physician
Staffing and he believes that flying helicopters is a
great from accounting!

Pat came to us to achieve his helicopter add on, and is
now one step closer to that goal. When not flying planes
